Chicken Chunks with bone = 1.5 – 1.8kg
Saras Chicken Curry Gravy = 1 pack (400g)
Saras Garam Masala Powder = 10g
Vegetable Oil = 30ml
Coconut Milk = 50ml (optional)
Method of Preparation:
Wash and dry the chicken chunks, rub with the garam masala powder. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and lightly fry the chicken pieces, stirring occasionally. Add the gravy to chicken, mix well, and cook in medium heat, until the peaces are well cooked with a thick gravy. Coconut milk can be added shortly before removing the pan from heat, if desired. Freshly chopped coriander leaves could be sprinkled over the dish for garnishing.
Serving recommendation: This chicken dish is ideal with most of the Indian breads (Paratha, Naan etc.) and rice dishes.
